Our company purchased several Sharp MFP’s, and I need to do some live/remote training. Luckily the model we have comes with VNC access to the console.

In order to get to these settings, you login to the web interface, go to:

  1. System Settings
  2. Operation Settings
  3. Then scroll down to "Remote Operation Settings"

From there you can enter password, IP, or user based restrictions.
